I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff was exceptionally accommodating and went out of their way to help with arrangements, especially Maria and Anna. The cleanliness of both my room and the common areas really stood out, making me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I loved the quality and variety of the breakfast options and the multiple pools offered a great way to relax away from the crowds. However, while the views of the sunset over the caldera were breathtaking, I'm a bit disappointed there wasn't a bit more variety in the dining options during dinner. Overall, a fantastic experience with a few minor areas for improvement.
